About PassMyKitchen
PassMyKitchen is a food safety compliance software tool operated by Eduloom Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd. It helps food truck owners, cloud kitchen operators, and caterers manage their food safety compliance records.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. One account per person.

What we provide
PassMyKitchen provides AI-generated HACCP plans, daily compliance checklists, temperature and cleaning log tracking, document storage, and compliance monitoring.
PassMyKitchen is a software tool, not a regulatory authority. Our AI generates compliance recommendations based on publicly available food safety regulations. These recommendations do not constitute legal advice. Always verify your compliance requirements with your local health department.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of all data you upload or create in PassMyKitchen. We have a license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.
When you delete your account, we delete your data after a 30-day grace period. During those 30 days, you can reactivate your account and recover your data.
Pricing and billing
Current pricing is listed on our pricing page. All payments are processed monthly via Razorpay.
Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@passmykitchen.com if you need a refund.
Acceptable use
When using PassMyKitchen, you agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI or extract the underlying models.
- Share your account credentials with others.
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We may have scheduled maintenance windows, and we will try to notify you in advance when possible.
Limitation of liability
PassMyKitchen is not liable for failed inspections, fines, or regulatory actions. The service provides tools and recommendations to help you manage food safety compliance. It does not guarantee compliance outcomes.
You are responsible for verifying that your food safety practices meet the requirements of your local health department.
Termination
You can close your account anytime from your account settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where possible.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Eduloom Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd is an Indian company.
Changes to terms
We will email you at least 30 days before material changes to these terms take effect. Your continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
